This lady is amazing, iv had ear problems for years been back and forth to the doctors with no success of them sorting my ears out. The world had slowly become quiet and I could barely hear at all. Jane made me feel so comfortable she sorted out in 2 sessions what the doctors couldn't in years. I can hear and have heard noises I haven't heard in years. I can't thank Jane enough, she really is amazing.

Couldn’t recommend Jane enough. Visited for the first time as I was curious about tinnitus and ear infections. The anatomy of the ear was thoroughly explained, I was shown my ear drums on the microscope and I was sent away reassured.

This is the second time I have visited Jane now and on both occasions she has been efficient, knowledgable, eager to explain procedures, discuss conditions and options. She is also warm, friendly, fun and charming. Jane operates with a level of empathy and engagement that seems to been lost by most other medical professionals these days. Go see her.

I have used Jane at Northampton Ear Clinic for years. She is great. Quick and efficient and sorts my ears out each year before I fly on holiday. I would not go anywhere else.

I visited the clinic as one of my ears was blocked . Jane took a look in the other ear first … turns out both my ears were completely blocked ! However, within a matter of minutes , both ears had been cleared and I felt on top of the world ! It was a great feeling to be able to hear so clearly again! As always, Jane provided a friendly , professional and extremely efficient service which I would highly recommend .

Was very apprehensive as have been passed from pillar to post by my GP and other professional bodies. Had been recommended by a friend to see Jane. so booked an appointment and travelled to Northampton. On arrival was greeted by Jane, a lovely lady who made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She explained to me in around 5 mins exactly what my issue is and pointed me in the right direction. I have walked out of the clinic feeling so much better, now knowing what my next port of call is. The relief is untold. I am sooo very grateful for Jane’s help. Would highly recommend her services. Thank you Jane.

Amazing service. Having had a minor mishap involving the loss of the end of a cotton wool bud Jayne fitted me in in between appointments. Having been completely dismissed by my GP who suggested I needed to go to A&E to resolve. Which is simply absurd. I can’t praise Jayne enough. She’s also incredible value! Thank you Jayne!
